We want to help as many people as possible get back to work in suitable, sustainable employment. But we know we cannot do it alone. At Turas Nua we work with a range of public, private and third sector partners, all pulling together to create an industry-leading service to benefit Ireland’s workforce.

Providing exceptional local knowledge and tailored experiences, our partners share our values, ethos and best practice, working with us to deliver our ambitions of social inclusion and economic prosperity.

We ensure that our partner agreements meet the requirements of the 1988 & 2003 Data Protection legislation with regard to the protection, security, access rights, right of amendment and destruction of customer data. We obtain prior consent from the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection before engaging with suppliers who handle customer data.

We have a rigorous selection process to determine the most appropriate organisations to help us support customers into the desired outcomes. Our flexible, dynamic and robust supply chain needs to meet the changing needs of Ireland’s labour market and our individual customers. We can also help build capacity in smaller providers.
 


We understand the financial pressures on small providers. We work with partners in a flexible way to ensure any arrangements do not place them into financially unstable positions while working hard to achieve the best possible performance. And by ensuring effective communication and performance monitoring, we’re consistently mitigating risk throughout our supply chain – including quality of provision, compliance and health and safety.

As well as providing a seamless service to support customers, collaborating with key partners is critical for us because it helps us to drive service excellence – giving industry-leading innovation and exceptional benefits to the individual, their community and wider society.
