JulieAnn McCann

JulieAnn is the General Manger of Turas Nua. She has been working within the FRS group since 2021 and in the General Manager role since January 2023.

She has over 25 years’ experience in operations management, people leadership, contract & relationship management in the financial, utilities, government, FMCG and BPO sectors.

She has a keen interest in Psychology, Coaching and Psychotherapy, backed by a Degree with Dublin Business School and Diplomas from Kingstown College and IICHP.

JulieAnn has overall responsibility for Turas Nua and is passionate about our people, providing the best client service and fostering a culture of growth, development and continuous learning for our people and our clients.

Jeffrey McInerney

Jeffrey McInerney has been a valuable part of the Turas Nua team since 2015, bringing with him extensive experience spanning over 10 years in the Recruitment & Employability Industry.

He has worked in Employability across Ireland and Australia gaining experience within different roles resulting in a detailed understanding of all of our business systems, working practices and proven strategies which create success for thousands of people in achieving employment or returning to education.

As the Head of Operations he has overall responsibility for the performance and delivery of the National Employment Service and LAES contracts across 13 counties.   

In this key role, Jeffrey guides the way through the whole client journey, making sure everything runs smoothly from the very first interaction to ensuring long-term success for our clients.

Darragh Dunne

Brigid Hilton

Brigid has been working with Turas Nua since 2015, bringing over 10 years in management experience across Recruitment, Customer Service, and Sales to her role.

Her expertise lies in developing performance within goal-oriented settings, primarily centred around leading, inspiring, and supporting her team to embrace ongoing growth and excel in meeting their targets.

Ciara is the Operations Manager for our South-East region at Turas Nua.

She has been working with the company for over 4 years and has over 15 years' management experience in the customer service industry.

Ciara specialises in driving performance, planning and strategy, people management, and fostering teamwork

Eilish Clarke

Eilish is the Operations Manager for our South-West region at Turas Nua.

She is an experienced Performance Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Eilish also has extensive skills in budgeting, hotel management, and customer satisfaction from her time in the hospitality industry. She has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Athlone Institute of Technology, with a focus on Tourism and Hospitality.

Helen Flannery

Helen is the Operations Manager for our Mid-West Region.



A graduate of University College Cork, Helen has been working with Turas Nua since 2016 and has 25+years management experience in both the public and private sectors. 

Catherine Grennan

Catherine is County Manager for our Local Area Employment Services in Laois and Offaly. She joined the team in November 2022, bringing with her many years’ experience in delivering employability through JobPath since March 2016.

She has also held multiple supervisory and managerial roles in finance across industries such as construction, retail and accountancy.

Catherine enjoys working with like-minded colleagues in supporting people on their path back into employment. 

Jean Walton

Jean is Head of Risk and Data Protection Officer at Turas Nua.

She has been working with Turas Nua since it first became operational in October 2015 and has over 20 years in management in Financial Services and Employment services.

Jean specialises in Contractual compliance, Risk Management and Data Protection.

Lynda Loughnane

Lynda leads the Learning and Development team to deliver staff and client training at Turas Nua.

She has been working with the company since 2015 and has over 20 years’ experience in training, learning and development in various industries throughout the UK and Ireland.

Lynda specialises in working with organisations to understand their training needs and creating learning and development solutions including e-learning and staff development programmes.

Jeanne Deegan

Jeanne Deegan is Quality Manager at Turas Nua. She has been working with the company since 2015 and has over 20 years’ experience as a management professional in the employability, social inclusion and community development sectors.

Jeanne is responsible for the implementation of our quality management system which is accredited to ISO 9001:2015, and is committed to meeting quality standards, client expectations and improving business performance. 

Samantha Richards

Samantha serves as the Head of Partnership Development at Turas Nua, bringing her experience to the organisation since joining in 2016.

With a diverse professional background within Turas Nua, Samantha has held various roles, each contributing to her comprehensive understanding of the company's operations. Her proficiency extends into 20 years+ of Customer Service and People Management, reflecting her commitment to fostering positive client relationships.

Samantha's educational achievements further underscore her dedication to professional development, holding qualifications in Train the Trainer, Digital Marketing and Project Management.

Michael Meade

Michael is the Business Intelligence Manager at Turas Nua. He is known for his strong analytical skills and expertise in developing business intelligence and operational reporting solutions.

His role encompasses data modeling within SQL and Salesforce, maintaining reporting structures using PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel, and advocating for best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Michael's ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions, along with his adherence to data governance and industry standards, makes him an invaluable asset to Turas Nua.
