Turas Nua Winners at Workplace Excellence Awards

April 5, 2023

Turas Nua is delighted to have picked up the award for “Excellence in Employee Engagement and Team Building” at the recent Workplace Excellence Awards.

The company was shortlisted for this category alongside Danone, the Health Service Executive (HSE), and Obelisk. The Workplace Excellence Awards celebrate the quality and commitment of businesses across Ireland, recognising those who are leaders in areas such as Workplace Diversity And Inclusion, Learning And Development, Mental Health And Workplace Wellbeing, Flexible And Hybrid Working, Recruitment, Retention & Recognition, and Use Of Technology.

The award comes on the back of Turas Nua's renewed commitment to its staff. The company has partnered with Wrky, an employee insights, culture, and engagement platform. This has involved company-wide surveys to garner real-time feedback from Turas Nua’s people.

The company has also recently redeveloped its mission statement and company principles (supported by Ringers Creative), launched in Jan 2023, and underpinned by the new tagline “Everybody’s story matters”.

Having now placed over 50,000 people into work and supported over 20,000 employers with their hiring needs, Turas Nua's people can celebrate this success alongside this award.
